The current state of my heart this time is vulnerable. In the past few months (since last week of January), my mind and heart is in debate and I end up crying all night, awake in the middle of night crying, and having headaches in the morning for lack of sleep. Gladly after expressing my weakness (just last week) I come to negotiate this feeling and really slowing down my sadness.Indeed Scrapbook and Photography ease my vulnerability and take the time off going through the day to day.
